YuktiPharma does not provide shipping services.

YuktiPharma is a digital engagement and productivity platform for pharmaceutical field marketing, connecting Medical Representatives, Doctors, and Pharma Management.

YuktiPharma functions solely as a technology intermediary to enable communication, visit scheduling, scheme negotiation, and order coordination between registered users. We do not handle physical shipping, delivery, or logistics of any pharmaceutical products.

Digital Platform Services

YuktiPharma provides digital services through our platform:

  • Scheme approvals and order status updates are sent via notifications
  • Access to digital platforms is provided upon account activation
  • Reports and performance data are available through your account
  • Real-time alerts for approvals, messages, and visit schedules
  • Coordination tools for MRs, doctors, and pharma management

Physical Shipments and Delivery

Any physical shipments or delivery of pharmaceutical products are handled directly between the transacting parties:

  • Pharma Companies / Distributors: Responsible for product delivery, shipping, and logistics to clinics or pharmacies
  • Doctors / Clinics: Responsible for arranging receipt of products and coordinating with suppliers for delivery
  • Medical Representatives: Coordinate orders but do not handle physical shipping directly

YuktiPharma does not manage, coordinate, or take responsibility for physical shipping, delivery timelines, shipping costs, or logistics arrangements.

Logistics Coordination

While YuktiPharma provides a platform for logistics coordination and communication between parties, the actual execution of shipping and delivery is the responsibility of the transacting parties. Any shipping terms, delivery schedules, shipping costs, and logistics arrangements must be agreed upon directly between the parties involved in the transaction.

Delivery Issues and Disputes

Any issues related to shipping, delivery, delays, or logistics must be resolved directly between the transacting parties. YuktiPharma is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays or delivery issues
  • Product damage during shipping
  • Shipping cost disputes
  • Logistics coordination failures
  • Delivery address errors or non-delivery
