1. Platform Nature

YuktiPharma is a digital engagement and productivity platform built for the pharmaceutical field marketing ecosystem. It connects Medical Representatives (MRs), Doctors, and Pharma Management (AM, RM, State, HO) into a single, structured system.

YuktiPharma functions solely as a technology intermediary to enable communication, visit scheduling, scheme negotiation, approval workflows, and performance tracking between registered users.

YuktiPharma is not an e-commerce app, not a commission-based marketplace, not a replacement for field sales teams, and not a doctor prescribing or forcing platform.

YuktiPharma does not provide medical treatment, clinical advice, or prescribing recommendations.

2. No Clinical Advice or Product Guarantee

All product, molecule, and clinical information displayed on YuktiPharma is entered by respective pharma companies and professionals. YuktiPharma does not verify, endorse, or guarantee:

  • Efficacy, safety, or suitability of any pharmaceutical product
  • Accuracy of scheme terms, pricing, or promotional offers
  • Availability, timeliness, or reliability of field visits or deliveries
  • Prescribing decisions or clinical outcomes

All clinical and prescribing decisions are taken independently by the treating doctor.

3. User & Company Responsibility

Each Medical Representative, Doctor, and Pharma Management user is independently responsible for their own actions, compliance with applicable regulations, and professional conduct on the platform.

Pharma companies remain responsible for product information accuracy, scheme terms, regulatory compliance, and field force management policies.

YuktiPharma does not manage any field sales operations, clinical decisions, or company-internal target settings.

4. Product & Scheme Responsibility

Pharma companies and their authorised representatives are solely responsible for product certification, quality, scheme terms, pricing, delivery, and regulatory approvals of pharmaceutical products shared on the platform.

YuktiPharma does not manufacture, recommend, or certify any pharmaceutical products or promotional schemes.

5. Scheme Negotiation & Pricing Policy

YuktiPharma enables digital scheme negotiation and approval workflows between MRs, doctors, and management hierarchy. All scheme terms are subject to company approval authority limits.

Pricing Disclaimer

YuktiPharma acts as a neutral technology platform and does not engage in pricing, billing, negotiation results, or financial settlement between parties. Scheme details displayed are as shared by authorised MRs and companies. Final pricing and order terms are independently agreed between doctors and pharma companies. YuktiPharma bears no liability for pricing differences or order disputes.

Order Note

Orders raised through the platform are coordinated between doctors and MRs. YuktiPharma does not handle payment processing or order fulfillment directly.

6. Payments

All financial transactions, invoicing, receipts, returns, refunds, warranty claims, and disputes occur directly between the transacting parties.

YuktiPharma does not accept or process payments on behalf of any user.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YuktiPharma shall not be liable for:

  • Clinical outcomes or prescribing decisions
  • Quality or failure of pharmaceutical products
  • Scheme negotiation or pricing disputes
  • Order fulfillment, delivery, or payment disputes
  • Delays, cancellations, unavailability, or operational failure
  • Any direct, indirect, consequential, or financial damages

Users access the platform entirely at their own risk.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold YuktiPharma harmless from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, or legal costs arising from:

  • Field sales actions or professional conduct
  • Product defects or supply chain issues
  • Scheme, pricing, or order disputes
  • Regulatory or compliance cases

10. User Verification & Conduct

Users must provide accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

Account misuse may result in suspension without notice.

11. Platform Limitations

YuktiPharma is a field marketing coordination platform and does not guarantee sales outcomes, doctor engagement, or scheme approval results.

12. Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or continuing to use YuktiPharma, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted this complete legal policy.

If a user does not agree, they must discontinue using the platform immediately.
