Review escalated scheme requests from AMs beyond their limits. Approve, modify, reject, or forward to State Manager.

Review Sales Approvals & Escalations
Access aggregated MR productivity data and handle escalations from area managers.

Field Force Effectiveness Insights
Aggregated MR productivity index, average calls per day, route compliance trends, and doctor waiting time reduction.

Coach Area Managers
Send messages/notes to AMs, escalate issues to State Manager. No direct MR-level micromanagement.
